Heart in Action - for those living with a range of heart conditions
This gentle exercise program is suitable for those with heart conditions who have been encouraged by their medico’s to exercise but do not want to go to the big commercial gyms. ‘Heart in Action’ is also suitable for those who have finished their hospital and/or physio rehabilitation and are now looking for somewhere to safely maintain and improve their current state of health.
Lisa Robinson, who has over fifteen years experience will guide you through ten weeks of gradual and individually tailored exercises. Each course has a maximum of ten participants and runs for 40 minutes.

Body in Action - For those living with Parkinsons
This specialized course is run for those living with Parkinson’s. Lisa Robinson’s method has been showing fantastic results. The mixture of gentle strengthening, mobility and balance exercises are enjoyable and no-one is left feeling inadequate and frustrated.

Back in Action
This carefully designed course is ideal for those irritated by back problems. If you are fed up with feeling stiff and uncomfortable and are ready to get your mobility back then this is the course for you. Over the ten weeks core strength and flexibility exercises are aimed to help you restore full mobility to your joints. At the end of the course you will have a system that works so you maintain your new found mobility. Lisa Robinson, who has over fifteen years experience runs this course. Individual attention is guaranteed by the fact that there are only ten places in each course. Each session runs for 40 minutes. Each participant receives a copy of ‘Mastering Your Back Care’ written by Lisa Robinson.

This new specialist course is run by Kendo master Steve. Every Tuesday evening for ten weeks you will be taken through the fundamentals of Japanese swords skills. This is an amazing workout for legs, ab’s, and upper body. This is a non-contact workout.
